You have created an account, logged in and created a character, what now? No problem, as soon as you log in with a new character you are automatically on Main Town, go explore the main town, many usefull npc scatter around the town just go explore notably at direction of 11'o clock, 1'o clock, 5 o'clock and 7 o clock, get familiar with with all the npc and it's location.
Furthermore, you will receive a fancy starter pack from the NPC Lime Evenor in the middle of the town, she will give you a Booster Promotion pack (once per account so choose carefully at what character/class you would claim it).
After that don't forget to Register with Eden Group (@eden) by talking to Secretary Lime Evenor (it's her twin) (moc_para01 27, 35) the eden group will give you a ton of quest later on to helo you level up.
Another way to get strong newbie weapon and armor is by going to (moc_para01 108, 83) after you register as eden group member and buy the Eden Gear
